why join in as iOwn coach?
Change facilitators are expected to take at least 2 or more change makers through their journey of transformation. Coaching is defined as a partnership between coach and coachee in thought provoking and creative process that supports in maximisation of personal and professional potential.
In six month long association with the change makers, each change facilitator will have 6 coaching sessions, in addition to the introductory call/session. With the experience that change facilitators have behind them, they are expected to promote positive attitude, transform ordinary people to extraordinary people, blend their skills and techniques, put the change maker at the forefront and see the change cascade. They are expected to unleash the potential in their assigned individuals and help them harness it to reach their goals with commitment.
iOwn bridges the gap that exists between a mentor and a mentee (change maker) by contacting various large and small not-for-profit organiations for reaching out to its potential candidates. iOwn also support individuals who may be engaged in a small enterprise of their own, oblivious to the potential they have to bring about a sea change. The bridge will enable entities on either end to come together and walk a new path, a path of self development, self discovery and realisation. It will also improve their outlook on work while improving their leadership skills.
